CRIS REGISTRATION

The following steps will occur as you go through our simple registration process.

1. CRIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT – This Agreement covers all aspects of the business relationship between you and CRIS. When you have completed and signed this Agreement, press the continue button and complete the “CRIS INTERNET ACCESS REGISTRATION” form and press the “Submit” button.
2. FAX SERVICE AGREEMENT – Fax the completed and signed “CRIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT” to one of the fax numbers on the bottom of the page.
3. COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM – Select the type(s) of data you wish to access and fill out the required fields in the 'Registration Form'. Then, per the instruction following pressing of the submit button, call CRIS at (503)591-1355 or (503)848-8026 for your User ID and Password.
