CRIS Registration

The following steps will occur as you go through our simple registration process:

  1.  CRIS Customer Service Agreement: This agreement covers all aspects of the business relationship between you and CRIS.  When you have completed and signed this agreement, press the continue button and complete the 'CRIS Internet Access Registration' form, pressing the 'Submit' button when completed.
  2. Fax Service Agreement: Fax the completed and signed 'CRIS Customer Service Agreement' to one of the fax numbers on the bottom of this page.
  3.  Complete Registration Form: Select the type(s) of data you wish to access and fill out the required fields in the 'Registration Form'.
